At this time we do not personally arrange air for our clients. We partner with an air concierge team who is the best in the business and offers 24/7 support to our clients.
Ford Beckett Travel does not charge any booking, service, cancellation, or change fees in order to offer our clients the best possible deal.
We have a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to families, small groups, couples, solo travelers, and independent business travelers and small business owners.
Our clients are based around the globe and come from a variety of nationalities. There are no residency or nationality requirements to work with us.
We do our best to respond to inquiries within one business day, Monday – Friday.
We work remotely and are based primarily in the US and Australia, although the FBT team travels often and can be found around the globe throughout the year. This allows us to explore the destinations and properties that we recommend and book.
Via our affiliation with The Travel Society, we offer our clients exclusive perks at an array of properties worldwide. Perks vary from program to program and will depend on the rate and property selected but generally include daily breakfast for two, a space-available room upgrade, and a value-add amenity such as a monetary hotel credit. A member of the FBT team will provide a clear quote and outline the perks available for your specific inquiry.
Not all rates are eligible to receive perks. For example, “member” discounted rates are often not combinable with our perks but may not be the best deal for you. We can book nearly all rates, including those without perks, and will work to find other ways to enhance your reservation.
Ford Beckett Travel does not take payment directly from you and will never charge your credit card. All payment and charges are taken directly by our hotel partners.

Yes, you will earn points as you normally would and elite qualifying nights for every paid night.
Unfortunately the breakfast amenity doesn’t “stack,” meaning if you already receive complimentary breakfast for two, you will not receive additional breakfasts daily. Sorry! We don’t make the rules.
Many of our clients book directly and reach out to us after-the-fact. We can retroactively apply perks to existing, eligible rates at most properties and do so regularly for many clients. Please get in touch prior to arrival at the resort. The more advance notice we have, the better.
Generally speaking, rates are non-negotiable. Ford Beckett Travel cannot negotiate a better or lower rate on a case-by-case basis. However, we may have access to exclusive promotions and offers not made available directly to the public such as free nights or extra perks.
